Companies wishing to present at the conference program should select their preferred date and time for the presentation from the Conference Program Schedule, and send the presenter’s details and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to hacer.coban@cngexpo.com. They need to make a reservation for their slot in the Conference Program.

The entry and exit times for exhibition participants will be between 10:00 and 18:00.
Exhibitor badges are sent to the shipping address specified in the contract before the exhibiton date.
Companies requesting extra materials should submit their requests online with their username and password. A 50% increase will be applied to orders to be placed at the fairgrounds.

The cleaning service will be provided by CNG Fuarcılık ve Tanıtım Hizmetleri during the exhibition period for general areas and corridors in the halls. If the exhibitor company wants to have the cleaning inside the stand done by other than its own staff, they can request it through the online system.
You cannot dismantle any part of your stand, either fully or partially, before the official closing time of the exhibtion.
