Exhibition setup and dismantling dates will be announced soon. Exhibitor entry and exit times will be between 10:00 and 18:00.
Exhibitor badges are sent to the shipping address specified in the contract before the exhibition date.
Companies requesting extra materials should submit their requests online with their username and password. A 50% surcharge will be applied to orders placed at the fairground.
Exhibitors can submit electricity, compressed air and water requests through the online system using the username and password provided to them. A 50% surcharge will be applied to orders placed at the fairground.

CNG Fuarcılık ve Tanıtım Hizmetleri will clean the general areas and hall corridors during the exhibition. Exhibitors who require third-party cleaning inside their stand can request it through the online system.
No part of a stand may be dismantled before the exhibition's official closing time.
Complete and submit the Stand Application form on the exhibition website.
There is no fixed application deadline; spaces are allocated subject to availability.
The minimum stand area is 12 m².
